I think the best course to pursue would be to either inform Mr. Painter's Attorney directly or through the Crown Solicitor, that as instructions have been sent home to apply to the Privy Council for special leave to appeal against the whole judgment including the question of costs, the Court will await the result of that proceeding before taking any further step here in the matter, but that as the Crown Authorities have to pay all such costs as the Crown would be liable to pay under the former circumstances, no doubt the Attorneys for the respective parties will arrange some means of ascertaining what sum is payable by virtue of that Agreement there in pursuance.
